Disclaimer
You must be 18 years of age or over to order any alcohol from this site. Goods must be signed for on delivery by a person 18 years of age or over. Should no-one be available at the Shipping address able to fulfill this requirement the wine will be taken back with the courier to our studio and made available for a pick-up. A notification of this will be left in your letterbox. Once again pickup must be made by a person of 18 years of age or over.

Deliveries outside of Gold Coast region, interstate and overseas via Petals Network is $19.50
Deliveries to cities and towns in Australia with a resident florist are made via Petals Network. If delivery is required to a remote area where there is no resident florist, your order will NOT be processed and you will be notified.
Orders received up to 1pm AEST (Mon-Fri, 10am AEST Sat) can generally be delivered the same day – if in the local area – Monday to Saturday.
In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange another delivery. However, if you have supplied us with incorrect details we may have to charge another fee for the collection and re-delivery.
If the recipient is not home when we try to deliver, unless you have advised us otherwise, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe spot or if this is not possible they will return the flowers to us where the recipient may collect the flowers at their convenience.
Flowers
While we aim to match the arrangements pictured on this site to your order, this is not always possible due to seasonal influences, design interpretation and availability of flowers and accessories. Therefore our pictures should be used as a guide only. If we need to substitute flowers we will use choose equal or greater value to those shown.
Refunds
At Flowers with Style we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to its immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. Care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers.To assist in prolonging their life, we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle before putting them in fresh water as well as changing the water every two days. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the flowers. We recommend the flowers are not placed in direct sunlight, particularly in the warmer months. On average the flowers should last between 3 and 7 days. Should your flowers perish within three (3) days of delivery, we will be happy to resend new flowers. To assist in our quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers upon delivery of your resend. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the problem.

Through our web site when you place an order, we collect the following: your name, telephone, e-mail address, billing information (credit card number, expiration date, name on card and billing address), products purchased, the recipients name, address and telephone as well as the message you wish to send on your card.
